Responsibilities

▪ Carrying out product development on knit products for international brands.

▪ Dealing with brands on developments and costing aspects.

▪ Preparing cost breakdowns of suppliers and ensuring consumptions, trim prices, SMV’s are competitive to win business.

▪ Liaise with suppliers for sample fabric/ trims for development samples and follow-up all approvals with relevant customers, with strict adherence to T & A’s.

▪ Guide the sample/ trims development process in line with customer standards and drive towards commercializing developments to ensure customer retention and growth.

 

Qualifications
▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Textile.
▪ 03 years or more experience on costing and product development field.
▪ Excellent time management – able to work with tight deadlines, super organized, should be able to work with ad hoc/ urgent requests.
▪ An excellent team player with the ability to be self – motivated and work independently.
▪ Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
▪ Good verbal and written communication skill.
